Boka Les Arenes — Restaurant in Barcelona

This restaurant is ugly and the food doesn't not deserve a penny. First, the lady cleaned the table only on one side, without sterilising the entire surface. I order a bowl of nachos that unfortunately were terribly toasted and tasted almost like burnt. The bean puré was less than a spoon, which terribly was just put on the bottom of plate, that consequently got burnt and got dry. The tomatoes weren't fresh and guacamole... I don't want to know it. 10€ wasted. Also, it is too expensive for what they offer. Pizzas, i.e., starts from 10€ for a simple margerita. A real Napoli pizza can be found from half the price. Food was pretty mediocre for the price, I would recommend you go to any other place around for a burger. The meat is definitely frozen and very overcooked (that might be to some people’s taste so I didn’t remove a star for that) servers are not nice and can’t really speak English, main server brought us two waters even though I told him multiple times I didn’t want two waters (kind of nitpicking) while the other server was just not really nice and the food we sent back was not even remade. I stopped in the mall after visiting some sights to find a store and some food. As an international traveler I do have some conversational Spanish but everyone at the restaurant was very helpful and knew some English as well. The menus are available in many languages.
