Cappuccino — Restaurant in Barcelona

It was so so bad and I do not recommend it. The experience is very horrible and unpleasant. The most tasteless and not tasty churros I've ever tasted, not at all sweet and very dry, came with chocolate on the side that didn't taste like chocolate, it tasted like chocolate powder with water. We ordered a chocolate cake that we could see in the menu is very chocolaty and creamy and tantalizing and in practice we got a chocolate cake that was very dry and not tasty and it had an old taste, as if it had been sitting for a long time in the restaurant. The picture is very it correct with what was presented to us, we received something very different. The most horrible coffee I've ever tasted, it barely tasted like coffee, I felt like we were skimped on putting coffee (just like they put 5 drops of coffee) and very little milk and most of it was water! It tasted more like water than coffee! And I drink 3-5 cups of coffee every day in different restaurants! The employees were not very cooperative and we asked them to help us so that we could get delicious and fresh food and good coffee and the employees' answer was that we have to pay even if we didn't like it and they wouldn't replace it with a new and fresh one, they said they called the manager and the manager didn't agree with us and that it was our problem if we didn't like it. Bad service from the managers, food that is not tasty and not fresh and coffee that does not taste...

The staff are the rudest I have met and you feel like you have to cheer them up as they serve you, never good. They do not accept card but they don't actively tell you, instead they just order you to sit and never want to take your order. After the food came, they displayed the wrong bill TWICE on my table and then I needed to go to the bank to get change as they could not give the correct value of the meal.

As I waited to pay, the staff were drinking Champagne behind the counter and talking about going to a party to get . I had to ask multiple times to pay (to which they complained) and then I was short changed, when I mentioned it, the waitress shrugged! I gave up on my money and left promptly. Do not go to this place. The food was also terrible. Bad first impressions should have made me realise it would have a lasting...

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I chose this cafe. The menu has photos but no prices. Typically in this area, even if no prices are posted, coffee is about 1,35 - 1,85 and is served with sugar packets on the side. We ordered a coffee, a piece of brownie pie, a croissant, and “flat” (tap) water. Again, typically, our bill would be about 6 euros. The coffee arrived without any sweetener, the water was in a plastic bottle (unusual, but whatever) and the desserts arrived with no fork. I asked three times for sweetener and finally went to the bar to get it. The waitresses are terrible. The coffee was so bad I didn’t even drink it. Ditto with the desserts. And apparently there’s a 25 cent surcharge for each menu item ordered. Very deceptive of them. Our bill was more than double what we expected it to be. Don’t waste your time...
