Mixed feelings about this one. Upon coming here, it felt a bit that to the waitress, customers were more of an annoyance than pleasure, but she did her job well, even in English. To the food – the Italian unfiltered beer was great, foccacia tasted decent, and the pasta... well, according to the reviews, we anticipated an amazing experience. In reality, we received two plates of pasta so al-dente it could be considered undercooked (and therefore not tasting great). As for the sauces, the Arrabiata was outstanding, but the Carbonara felt somewhat off. Overall, the value for the food is still great, but some things leave a lot...

Siamo stati con amici una prima volta e la buona pasta e la simpatia di Gianfranco hanno ricompensato i modi un po' bruschi iniziali (Gianfranco ci aveva detto subito che era stressato perchè era da solo). Abbiamo deciso quindi di ripetere pronti per dare un'ottima recensione. E invece no. Siamo arrivati 10 minuti prima dell'apertura e aspettato pazientemente mezz'ora davanti alla saracinesca aperta a metà. Abbiamo chiesto se ci fossero problemi e Gianfranco per 2 volte ci ha risposto che gli servivano ancora 10 minuti. Quando erano passati ormai 50 minuti e ci è stato detto che si sarebbe aperto un'ora dopo il previsto abbiamo detto a Gianfranco che ci saremmo seduti al locale messicano accanto per bere una cosa perchè eravamo stanchi. La risposta è stata che però non ci avrebbero tenuto nessun tavolo (prima piccolezza visto che aspettavamo da 50 minuti e tu sei in ritardo di un'ora sull'apertura). Abbiamo bevuto rapidamente un drink, pagato e ci siamo rimessi in fila ma nel frattempo c'era gente giusta per occupare tutti i tavoli. Ho fatto notare che l'atteggiqmento era stato poco professionale e di tutta risposta il cameriere ha risposto a brutto muso che così era, punto e basta. Rispondere "Aoh, noi ieri stavamo a fa festa" a chi è in piedi davanti al tuo locale da un'ora riassume tutto. Gianfranco vorrebbe che il Bar-Acca fosse una trattoria, ma le trattorie anche quando sono rozze e sgrammaticate restano comunque serie e...

What we expected :). It’s Italian home food, definitely cooked with love, we were glad to experience the home-made pasta and the dish prices are absolutely cheap, only €9. Maybe the only comment is that it’s all a bit spartan in style, but I guess it’s part of the experience. This place is especially suited to those who haven’t been to Italy or are curious to try some hits like a carbonara or a pasta al pesto. We had a good time so...
