Juice Dudes- Açai Bowls, Juices & Healthy Brunch — Restaurant in Barcelona

I don't suppose this review will ever be read by the owner, maybe it will, but if you do happen to read it, you need to teach your staff how to talk to customers.

I visited this place (as an English speaking tourist, speaking very little Spanish /catalan)

I went in and said hello, said the name of the drink we wanted, to which he shouted WHAT, I said the name of the drink again, showed him on the menu, and said two (dos).por favor

He was incredibly rude, and tried to charge me double the price. I obviously won't ever be coming back here again,

I will be returning to barcalona as its a wonderful city, but certainly never to this establishment. I will also tell anyone that happens to listen /care to not visit here.

The guy who served me and my GF was incredibly rude (perhaps because we were English speaking tourists).

Had he treated me like that in the UK, I would have made a huge deal about it, but as we were tourists in Spain, perhaps he feels he can get away with it.

I experienced a few times that two men behind bar were not friendly but yesterday really was the cherry on the cake. I came with my son of 2 years in the morning, he accidentally spilled banana bread (broken plate) and my ice latte and our juice on the floor. I didn’t have one sip of my ice latte and juice. They didn’t say anything to me, not one word and one of them just started mobbing the floor. I asked the other guy if he could help by cleaning the glasses of my son drenched in coffee and he asked me why. After mobbing was over again not another word or trying to offer at least one little new juice. I’m a neighbor and will never come here ever again. They are super lazy...

La espera para pedir en barra es larga, la espera para que esté lo que has pedido listo aún es más larga. Me quiero beber mi café con leche y mi zumo tamaño grande ambos en una mesa dentro de local para ahorrar el gasto de los envases y cuando voy a recoger mis bebidas me encuentro que el zumo está en un gran vaso de plástico. Le digo al camarero (es agradable) que no lo quería para llevar y me contesta que se han quedado sin vasos (no es la primera vez). Son las 12:06h de la mañana. Le digo que si hubiera sabido que no me lo iba a servir en vaso para consumir en el local y que el vaso era de plástico no hubiera consumido nada. Me fijo que todo lo que están sirviendo es en vasos de plástico.

Es increíble que una empresa que quiere transmitir una vida sana y que venda tantos zumos y cafés no piense en el zero waste y no tenga todos sus envases biodegradables. 😔

The wait to order at the bar is long, the wait for what you have ordered to be ready is even longer. I want to drink my coffee with milk and my large juice, both at a table inside the place to save on the cost of packaging, and when I go to pick up my drinks, I find that the juice is in a large plastic cup. I tell the waiter (he is friendly) that I didn't want it to take away and he answers me that they have run out of glasses (it's not the first time). It is 12:06 in the morning. I tell him that if I had known that he was not going to serve it to me in a glass to consume inside the bar and that the glass was plastic, I would not have consumed anything. I notice that everything they are serving is in plastic cups.

It is incredible that a company that wants to transmit a healthy life and that sells so many juices and coffes does not think about zero waste and does not have all its packaging...
