I had the pleasure of dining at Racó d'en Cesc recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, with the staff being extremely friendly and attentive.

TLDR; nice food but terrible experience.

We went on September 10th to celebrate a 30th birthday. Of course we booked this well in advance (16 days in advance) as this was a special occasion. Upon entering we were essentially told they were closed and if we booked online they couldn’t check it in the system so it was our fault. They had hired the restaurant for a private event and had evidently forgotten about our reservation, as a result we felt pushed to the side and unwelcome as well as rushed the whole time.
