TERRIBLE. Story time... first time in Barcelona, decided to go to a nice restaurant as we were celebrating our anniversary. I'm allergic to fish so my options were limited... really wanted to try a Cheeseburger from a Michelin Star Rated Restaurant but I was told they ran out, so I ordered the Rack of Lamb... my wife and I receive our food at the same time. Presentation looked great, so I start digging in... they served me a plate of BONES and FAT. Absolutely no meat... I call the waiter over and I show him taht it's all fat and bones... he apologizes and goes to speak to someone else, another guy comes over and I show him and tell him I can't eat this... he argues with me that it's what I ordered and as it should be. I've had rack of lambs in many places and never disappointed. He continues to argue and tell me he can't deduct it from teh bill and can only give me a 20% discount... I told him I don't care, I'll pay for it, I just can't eat a plate of fat and bones... he continues to tell me it's as it should be and urges me to taste it until I had to firmly tell him NO. I then order something else, or at least thought I did, I waited 30 minutes and in that time two guys come by and tells me what I ordered takes a long time to make and that they will check on it... after a while my waiter shows up again and I tell him I am still waiting, he says he misunderstood and never put the order in... so what did those other two guys check on? Magically it comes out 5 minutes later, so I guess it doesn't take that long to make. To add insult to injury, as I was waiting, I see the guy next to me get served a beautiful looking CHEESEBURGER! Unbelievable. Worst experience ever! Including a pic of what I received and what I expected...

The restaurant has a beautiful and well-decorated ambience, complemented by a stunning sea view that makes the dining experience truly special. The interior is tastefully designed, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Despite being vegetarian, the fish selection was impressive—fresh and with a great variety to choose from. It was clear that they prioritised the freshness of the fish. My friends loved it.

I ordered a risotto, which had a strong flavour of some sauce, - I think it was soy sauce, this strong flavour was all over the risotto and I couldn’t taste anything else.

The patatas bravas were crispy and well prepared with a good presentation.

I found the portion of food accompanying the fish of the day, quite small, definitely not for two people as described.

The service was lacking. There was one person to walk you to the table, another to bring the menu, another for your drinks order, and another to show you the fish. At the end, nobody could or came to take our order.

After a long time looking around, a waiter called Danilo (the Italian guy) came and took our order for food and drink. Danilo was very friendly, smiling and explaining everything with patience, suggested a good wine and took care of the table until the end of the dinner. Without his service, I think our night would be disappointing.

Overall the place has potential, I would return because of its location and decoration for a drink and patata bravas, but not for the food specifically...

Food was overpriced for house speciality grilled fish and salad we have chosen. I did ask for extra sauce for our fish as I could not taste any flavour on the main plate. For two adults and a teenager we have spent £230 for main course, desert and wine (wine was £30). We walked in to the restaurant to have lunch after spending some time on the local Barcelona beach(the place is right next to the beachfront). We observed that some customers were offered to choose their fish from their own table whilst I was asked to go to the kitchen fish counter. When noted to the manager, he didn’t apologise, but clarified that we were ordering during the time when there was no person to explain the fish selection( half an hour earlier and evidently the staff did not change)!! But they were happy to charge you the same price. Make sure you check the service is available when you come, why pay £100 for going to the market stalls:))!! My cheesecake was mediocre for a desert, although boys enjoyed their chosen chocolate delights:)). After spending over £200 we left hungry and nothing to remember from Barcelona finest restaurant!!, not entirely happy with the service we received. Disappointed, as the views and surroundings are...
