We came for lunch here and ordered an omelette to share. We then waited an hour and a half for our food to come out. We were told by the waitress that we could have a drink on the house due to the long wait for a very simple meal. Once we asked for the bill, they had charged us for everything. We explained to the waitress that we should have a drink each taken off of the bill as well as the manager who then threatened us with calling the police. He felt that he could intimidate us and make us pay full price by raising his voice at us over 20 euros! He also stated that due to us being English, we expect things to be free and that we are in Barcelona this are not free. This is not the case as we were told by a member of staff that we were entitled to a free drink each due to waiting a hour and a half for one omelette. The manager explained the situation to another member of staff who agreed with us but could not do anything as he clearly felt that he had to follow instructions from his manager. An hour and a half wait for an omelette in unacceptable and the way we have been spoken to by the manager is absolutely appalling. Avoid...
Read moreVery nice place! Great location, covered when it's sunny and gets a great breeze. Service was very amicable and was very good about wearing masks (covid). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the food was good, but nothing to call all your friends about ^^. The orange juice was very good, the potato chips, not so much. The one dish I liked (goat cheese and honey) was removed from the menu several years ago. Maybe they have some better choices now... As far as a beach chiringuito choice, it's fine. It's current beach location (summer 2025) is pretty good. Most of the chiringuitos in Barceloneta/Bogatell are very similar (several are owned by the same company and will have...

Ordered their goat's cheese dish (that wasn't even warmed properly resulting in a knife duel between me and the cheese halfway through) which came w 4 tiny pieces of bread and a virgin mojito aka the only thing I enjoyed even though it was 60% ice, so for that price? never again.
It's an open location right at the beach which sound nice until there's sparrows flying around you and taking a seat right next to yours as you try to cut the miniature bread slices into halves to make the meal last longer.
Service was alright but not good enough to make up for everything else.
If you want to spend way too much on the location and aesthetic of the interior be their...
