ikenocha Fusion — Restaurant in Barcelona

I went to buy a matcha latte, since I saw the announcement of the store's opening on Instagram and I'm a matcha latte fan.

The attention upon entering was very good, they were very nice. The default matcha latte (5.5€) is without ice and they charge you 50 cents for adding ice (6€).

The matcha latte was watery and had barely any matcha flavor, tasting more like milk and melted ice.

The guy asked me if I wanted some pasta to go with it but the truth is that for the prices and the size, they are not worth it, too expensive in my opinion.

We got bumped from our flight and put up at the Hyatt which happens to be directly across from this coffee shop. I came back a few times because it was THAT good! They have home made almond milk and I loved the seasonal pumpkin latte. They are very natural and healthy based with very little to no sugar and have so many options. Probamos el Fruity Matcha de Mango (una delicia refrescante y diferente), un Mocachino descafeinado y además nos llevamos un Matcha en lata para llevar, un concepto que nos encantó porque te permite disfrutar de un buen matcha en cualquier momento y lugar.

El local es moderno, acogedor, con un diseño sofisticado que invita a relajarse y disfrutar. Algo que quiero destacar especialmente es la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y con un trato impecable, lo que marca la diferencia.

Otro gran punto a favor es su pastelería vegana, sin gluten y sin azúcares refinados, con opciones riquísimas y originales, perfectas tanto si sigues una dieta vegana como si simplemente te apetece un dulce diferente y saludable. Recomendamos la tarta de chocolate, la trufa de té matcha ceremonial y la trufade ferrero, además  cuentan con café de especialidad para los amantes del buen café.
