I love Piella, so naturally, being in Spain, I opted for a Piella. I ordered Chicken Piella, and when the dish arrived, the appearance did not reflect the phographic image presented in the menu. For ease of reference, I will attach an approximate picture of the menu image, I will also attach an image of the dish served. You will see in the image how much of the dish I attempted to eat and what remained. The dish was overly salty, so I couldn't finish the dish. The photographic image in the menu reflected pieces of chicken on the bone. What I received was diced chicken. The photographic image in the menu also reflected green peas and red peppers. As you can see from the photo, there are none. When asked by staff how my meal was, I advised it was salty. The staff member I spoke to, who appeared to be management, told me it was not salty. He was hostile in receipt of my feedback. He then went over to another table and asked the occupants, who had ordered the same dish, if they felt the dish was salty. Because they had said no, he came back to me to correct me and told me the dish is not salty, and that is how Piella is meant to taste. He also insinuated that I didn't know how Piella should taste by telling me all about Spanish Piella and it's history etc. When making payment, I again felt he was trying to enforce on me that my opinion was wrong and his was correct. He also insinuated that I was being argumentative as I refused to accept his opinion on how Piella should taste. I remained humble and made full payment and advised that I was sharing an opinion as a paying customer and not looking for an argument. At this point, I was offered a reduction in the price of €7.68 on a dish that cost €13.95, on the basis that I had attempted to eat some. This was not a humble experience. There was still some air of hostility and argument. Would not recommend if you are looking for Piella served the traditional Spanish way that I have become accustomed to over the years. Never had curried Piella until dining at B-One, will never have it again, nor recommend it.

I want to express my disappointment with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your establishment. I had a conversation with one of your staff members – who I understand is also one of the owners – where I asked about the price of smoking shisha. He told me it would cost €10 for me because we speak the same language. I questioned the price, as I know it usually costs around €20, but he reassured me that it would be €10 just for me. I accepted the offer and ordered a Pina Colada, along with another drink at the same price (€8.85 each), making the total for the drinks €17.70. According to our agreement, the total bill should have been €27.70 (€17.70 for the drinks + €10 for the shisha). However, when it was time to pay, he had already left for the day, and the other staff had no knowledge of the deal. Instead, we were told to pay €51.70 – almost double the agreed amount. I explained what had been said, but the staff refused to listen and wouldn’t even call him to confirm. I felt deceived, as if we were being scammed. I was even charged extra for the drinks, which is completely unacceptable. After this experience, I strongly advise others not to visit this place. You don’t keep your promises and seem to deliberately overcharge customers. It’s not just about the money – it’s about honesty and respect for your guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone – it felt like a complete scam.

We came here to watch a football match and were disappointed. This place turned out to be a typical tourist trap. The food was awful, drenched in oil, and the service was even worse. We waited over 15 minutes just for drinks. The staff was disorganized, moving tables around and awkwardly relocating customers to fit more people. The waiters seemed clueless, with one taking orders and another trying to figure out who ordered what, leading to frequent mix-ups. The overall experience was chaotic and frustrating. Not recommended!

The food was so so delicious. The service was really good, it was 7 of us and we got served immidietly and the food came great and in 15 minutes. We decided to eat there because the menus and the person infront said that in the daily menu in which there was a main, side, dessert and a drink included! But when we sat down in the restaurant the waitress said that the drinks aren't included, we informed her the person infront as well as the menus said otherwise. She then agreed to give us the drinks included, so If you are expiriencing the same just say the same. We couldn't eat everything and left without eating half the desserts and a whole paella. The only problem we expirienced was that we read the reviews just before getting the bill, so we didnt know If we were going to get a huge bill or not. In the end we paid 105€ for 6 daily menus and chicken nuggets, we paid a 5€ service fee and a 15% tax so 92€ turned into 105€. It wasn't so bad in terms of the price and in terms of the food it was delicious. I recommend going here If you are prepeared to pay a ton for...
