The restaurant is beautiful and classy. I stopped here after a long day of walking for some tapas. Our server, Aric, was very attentive and helpful as we ordered and enjoyed our meal. He went out of his way to ask how our meal was and continued to ask if we needed anything. We ordered the hummus, crispy bread with tomato, fried squid, and patatas bravas. The hummus was seasoned well and the bread had its own seasoning. I don’t usually enjoy hummus, but I actually liked this one. The bread was very refreshing, as it has fresh tomato spread on it. It is very good to have when you have a few dishes with strong flavors because it acts as a palate cleanser. The fried squid had a VERY thin batter, which I am not used to, however it tasted very fresh. They were larger rings of squid than I have ever gotten and were not chewy or fishy. It came with an aioli that added some salt to the squid which I enjoyed, but I did miss the red sauce I would usually have with calamari. Regardless, it tasted amazing. The patatas bravas were absolutely amazing. The bravas sauce has an almost curry like flavor and mixed very well with the aioli. The potatoes themselves were cooked very well, soft on the inside with some crisp on the outside. For drinks, we got the sangria, which I believe they made to order. Personally, I was not a huge fan, but I do not like wine as it is, so I prefer a very sweet sangria. If you are a wine lover and prefer a sangria that retains the wine flavor, I would recommend it. Overall, I was happy with the experience. Our server, Aric, was amazing at quickly taking our order and getting our food to us quickly. He even made sure to check that we were done with our food (we were so full we couldn’t finish) prior to taking it away. The price was amazing for the serving size and the flavors. Great location, very nicely decorated, looks great! If they would only put the same amount of effort in their staff as they did decorating the restaurant. We were a table of 5 Spanish speakers, still the waiter insisted in speaking Catalan to us, even though we kept replying back to him in Spanish. The 'service' was not at all in line with what the restaurant pretends to represent, in addition to it being quite slow. The staff chatting between themselves and joking. Drinks that never arrived and had to be ordered a second time. A soup spoon for my dessert (pic attached). A nice view of the trash room with the door open (pic attached). The lighting was a bit too intense and even bothering depending where you were sitting at the table. I would recommend dimming it a bit to improve the atmosphere. On the other hand, the food was quite good. An interesting remark; I was going to order for dessert the 'Sopa de fresas con mascarpone, confitura de rosas, crumble y helado de vainilla' until the waiter said to me "It's the only dessert I have NOT tried, but I would NOT recommend it". How can you recommend or not recommend a dessert you have not tried? So, following his professional advice, I opted for another dessert. The price per person is about 20/25€ for starter, main course, dessert and a couple of drinks, which is acceptable. This new restaurant has a lot of potential but you are not managing it...

Fuimos a este restaurante a celebrar un cumpleaños, ya que ofrecian menú + sala de baile de 00h hasta las 02.45h Reservamos menú cerrado (34.50 euros/ persona) q incluía pica pica de primero, el segundo y postre más la bebida ilimitada por 8.50e a parte y sala de baile a partir de las 00:00 que hacen en el mismo local para las personas del restaurante el sábado 29/06/24. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando nos trajeron la cuenta y fui a pagar. Hice la reserva y me dijeron que en el local hacian sala de baile al terminar de cenar y por telefono que pasaria una chica con los tikets para la disco para las copas 7e en vez de 10e que valdria abajo en la sala. Bien, al recibir la cuenta, le pregunte al camarero Jorge creo que se llama, ya que la chica no la vimos pasar, y me dijo que no habia sala de baile, que se les habia estropeado uno de los altavoces la noche anterior y que el dj no habia venido. Y que no lo habían podido arreglar. En ningún momento al entrar a las 21h en el restaurante nos informaron, ni tampoco por ningun medio como el correo electronico donde realizamos la reserva. Para asi al menos poder decidir nosotros que hacer o por el contrario mirar de buscar una alternativa en algún bar o otra discoteca pudiendo entrar gratis en la zona ya que somos 17 personas. Todo fue avisado a las 00h de la noche. Si no llegamos a preguntar ni se molestan en decirlo. Seguimos, tras pagar la cena, reclamamos los cafes ya que no nos habian tomado nota, nos los traen (a regaña dientes), y nos meten prisa para que nos vayamos de malas formas. La encargada de la noche del 29/06/2024, no dio ni una disculpa por no avisar de que no iban a poder dar el servicio que ofrecen. Tuvo una actitud inadecuada, cuando como clientes, nosotros no teníamos la culpa de lo sucedido y habíamos solicitado un servicio. Según ella, no sabe las reservas de grupos que tienen, (dando excusa a que no podia avisarnos por email o llamada de lo sucedido) pero...siendo un restaurante que ofrece menús de grupos, si no sabe ni las reservas que tiene, que clase de responsabilidad hay aquí Al salir, nos intentaron cobrar dos veces los cafes, en ningún momento tuvieron una cortesía en plan por el error de no terminar el servicio contratado (ni siquiera unos chupitos o los cafes) La comida comida como tal era pasable, pero total del precio solo para la cena no lo valía. Nos echaron de malas maneras, no a nosotros solamemte siendo 17 comensales si no, ha más grupos de 14 y 10 comensales. La encargada, se contradijo en varias ocasiomes a la hora de expresar lo que pasó y al final pedimos las hojas de reclamación y de malas formas nos las dio. En vez de intentar disculparse y como bien he dicho quedar bien con nuestro grupo al memos, dando algo de cortesía. Realmente, nos fuimos decepcionados, por el trato por parte de los trabajadores.
