I can’t actually knock the food because I didn’t have a chance to try it. The lady serving us was one of the rudest I’d ever met. Never let us finish our order, walked away before we got a chance. Was one of the weirdest experiences. Asked her to come back so we could finish, to which she replied “two minutes”, then walked past us twice again without saying a word. When she finally came up to us I aaid I hope you haven’t put that order through because I was still looking through the menu, she said it’s all gone through, I replied why, to which she replies “I’m busy, I’m working”. Made no sense, if your working, do your job properly. Take the customers order and repeat it back. The manager and bartender were good and offered to remove our bill which was only 2 drinks (which we didn’t touch), this was much appreciated, shows good management, but still I paid for the order with a tip as didn’t complain for anything free, then me and my wife left. That young woman shouldn’t be in service with that attitude. 6 restaurants visited in Barcelona, all amazing, bar...

Decided to eat here based on other reviews and photos, but was very disappointed. I reached 10 minutes before the kitchen closes 10pm(restaurant open till 11:30pm), but already had the seafood paella in mind, so ordered within a minute of sitting down. When it was served within 10 minutes, you could see it was all dry and overcooked (see the photo I took as well).

I informed the server that it looked overcooked and burnt, but he said 'this is how we serve our Paella'!!

I was extremely hungry and it was late, so I didn't make a fuss. I just ate it. It was very dry, overcooked (almost burnt on top) and lacked the texture and taste. I am sure this dish was lying around for way too long and was quickly put in the oven well beyond normal time and given to me.

I've had plenty of paella in my life. In Barcelona, other parts of Spain and even overseas. So I know what it should look like and taste like. This was a huge disappointment and not at all worth €22.

I wish I had refused to accept it and returned it. But it was late and...

Horrible service, waiters looked distracted the entire time, didn't pay attention at all to what they were serving. We also didn't get a bottle of water we ordered. Luckily, it wasn't on the bill at the end. Food was alright for my family: Arròs d'ibèrics was decent but only one small piece of meat?! Salmon was good, but horrible plating and the "grilled" spareribs seemed to be cooked and had a layer of pure fat of almost 1 centimeter, disgusting, on the side "grilled" vegetables, carrot was raw and a piece of the outside of the onion, the size of a potato chip, was served alongside the rest of the vegetables. Fries were good. The churros lacked taste, and the chocolate served with it seems like a 3 year old child stirred cocoa powder into lukewarm water. Truly abysmal. The place was somewhat busy but not close to an excuse for the horrible dinner. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever. The other reviews were really decent, so it's possible that they had a (very) bad day, but will definitely not go back again...

This was a very busy Friday night at The peak of dinner time, we did not have a reservation and we’re walking in to see if we can get a table. We were immediately greeted by Lance, who was to become a server and shown to 2- top in the corner. We were pretty stoked about this and had a great meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and despite being absolutely slammed with business, our order was taken correctly and efficiently. The food arrived with a really good tempo, we started off with some tapas, which were very tasty and then we ordered the black Paella, which was excellent. We were too full to order dessert and when we asked for the check a few shots of lemon chello arrived. Suffice to say we had an excellent evening. I’m not sure how they do it because this restaurant was busy and each server probably had six+ tables, the kitchen produced food in an efficient manner, and everything tasted great. We will definitely be back And of course, asked for Lance, who orchestrated the whole evening for us.

What a let down for our first night in Barcelona. Were not able to get in the restaurants we had wanted to go to because we didn’t make reservation so using google review as a reference we made a reservation at this place. When we arrived there was only one table occupied at about 7:30 on a Sunday night, which was not a good sign. We sat down anyways and ordered calamari, seafood paella, and octopus. Calamari was fried and was ok. Paella tasted good but it seemed like the portion was for one person. Octopus was the worst, the texture was off and it tasted mushy, it came with some potatoes which were also bland. Staff was not well trained and was not able to read a reservation and had us wait for no reason because the restaurant was mostly empty. Sadly will not return.

We came in for some lunch and some sangria, we were asked if we wanted to sit on the terrace, what that don't tell you is there is a 15% surcharge when you sit on the terrace. The sangria was really good and tasty. For lunch we got fried fish, grilled octopus and croquettes. The croquettes were really good. The fried fish were flavourless and tasted bitter. The grilled octopus tasted good, they were placed on pieces of potatoes that weren't cooked fully through so the potatoes were slightly hard in the middle. I can't recommend the fried fish or grilled octopus but the sangria and croquettes were really nice.
