Restaurant Ovo — Restaurant in Barcelona

I don't like to complain, but this time it was over the top.. We ordered a table at this restaurant on the 24th of December, yes Christmas Eve! for 5 people for 13.30. Circumstances happened that way that we came to the restaurant at 14.00 and only 3 of us could come.. Waiter (he looked Brazilian, almost bold) was extremely unhappy because of the fact that we were late and that there were fewer of us despite on us saying sorry in the entrance.. we quietly sat at the table but he kept frowning at us which was unpolite.. he gave us menu and kept saying some comments about us being late.. at this point I asked if we should rather leave.. and unexpectedly he said: "Yes, please, do!" and took our menues back.. I can understand that may be he had a busy day but this resulted in a spoiled mood on the Christmas Eve for us!!! I never saw anyone being so rude to the clients! And there were 3 empty tables at the restaurant! we ate at another place across the road and went back to ask who is the owner of the OVO as we wanted to complain and he said that he was the owner! which we don't believe for a second! Owners don't treat their customers like that! So if a real owner will read this post I think this may open the eyes for him on which...

The process of ordering menus and food were not explained properly, it was not allowed for us to order one menu for two people. My mother said she was not that hungry to eat two rounds of meals, so the waiter just simply took our drinks from the table without a question indicating for us to leave.
