Mid restaurant in my opinion. Serviceable place, bright, small bathrooms, environmental wooden furniture a la eastern place.
There were some specially nice dishes, like sushi from numbers 70 to 80, but most was just meh. The sauce in the yakisoba had a distinct flavour that felt like vinegar, I didn't quite enjoy that one. On the other hand, the fried browned rice with what I believe was chicken was pretty decent, with some smokey aftertaste.
Service was nice, diligent, not over the top, relatively quick - maybe 15 to 25 mins. Still, having paid 19.9€ for the buffet, without beverages (you have to pay for these, along with the desserts), I don't feel Toyodo restaurant...

He spoke in a high-pitched voice and pointed at the menu, telling us what to read. His face was clearly filled with dislike and disgust. When he placed the plates on the table, he almost threw them down. The ordering process is incredibly primitive. You write the dish numbers on pieces of paper. There are no English names on the menu. You order some dishes blindly. And even after ordering one of the dishes, I didn't receive it within half an hour....
