Extremely disappointing experience - felt discriminated against.

They mixed up our food with the table next to us. When the other (local) table pointed it out, the staff apologized and quickly corrected the order. But when we (foreigners) told them our dish was wrong-it wasn't sweet and sour as ordered-the server insisted it was correct and treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. They didn’t know I understand Spanish. I had heard the conversation with the other table, so I pointed out that the kitchen had clearly made a mistake.! Instead of acknowledging it, the server who was speaking English very well suddenly started speaking Chinese and pretended not to understand us anymore. like we can’t see sweet and sour chicken on other table It felt very disrespectful and dismissive. I may not be Spanish, but I live in Spain and expect equal treatment. This experience felt like an act of racism and showed a serious lack of integrity. We got there right after they opened, so we got lucky and were attended faster than other people. Even so, they took their time bringing the dishes we ordered and they told us that everything was out, it wasn't. We still had 3 more dishes. Their organisation was kinda horrible, one of the waiters (the only that wasn't chinese) could not take orders, so he was always telling people to wait until the other woman arrived. They should definitely get more employees. We were surrounded by more people and they had to wait a lot to be able to order the food, since the waitress said that she'd be back in a bit but took longer than expected, so we could feel the distress while eating. The food itself was saltier than expected. The boss told us that they used to offer more service for Spanish people, so they made it too salty for us.
