TOTOPO Henao Mexican food — Restaurant in Bilbao

We wanted an easy + vegetarian place to order online and collect. Totopo was perfect – so easy to order, plenty options and portion sizes for meat/veggie eaters (with GF options too), very reasonably priced and ready within 10 mins when 'Collect as soon as possible' selected. Or you can order 30+ mins in advance. Restaurant itself great – essentially a takeaway but a few tables to eat there too. Primera y última vez que compro en este sitio, he pedido unos tacos que cuestan 12€ (que no es barato) comparado a lo que ofrecen, porque si estuviesen hecho acorde a la calidad/precio no me quejaría en lo absoluto, he pedido que me lo traigan para yo montarlos en casa, me vienen en dos botecitos el 80% del primer botecito era pura salsa y el tofu (que conste que ni siquiera pedí carne; que eso es incluso más barato para un restaurante) estaba escondido al fondo, tanto es así que al principio pensaba que ni me lo habían traído y tuve que llamar al restaurante para que me diga la chica que estaba debajo de la salsa agria que venía en ese mismo botecito y eso que se supone que tengo que montarme 4 tacos (hombre tacos de sólo salsa igual si, porque el tofu era casi inexistente), y luego otro botecito de lechugas de bote más de la mitad y un poco de pico de gallo al fondo, vamos que si ponéis mas relleno no os vais a quedar pobres y ni hablemos de las tortillas (tortillas industriales por supuesto) y sin sabor, que las tuve que tirar por cierto. Que por lo que cobráis ya podéis ser menos tacaños y optar por hacer vuestras propias tortillas o al menos ofrecer algo decente al cliente; con decirte que si me pido una parmigiana con focaccia casera me sale más barato que esta cosa que ofrecéis es de vergüenza. Y lastimosamente no puedo poner menos estrellas o sino les daba un 0...

Excellent little "Mexican" place offering tacos, burittos and other Mexican-ish cuisine. Food is good overall but the way they prepare all of their meats is definitely Basque and not Mexican with it being overly sweet. Have gotten grab&go burittos from them a few times and they definitely hit the spot but the best thing in the menu is their frozen margarita slushies that are perfect during the hot and humid Northern...
