Place was packed and had good reviews, so we stopped for a bite late afternoon, and eventually got seated an hour and a half befpre kitchen closed. Ordered 3 drinks, two plates of croquettas and a plate of patata brava. Servers were swampes so we expected servixe to be slkwer, but it took 30 minutes to get oir deinks, and another 15 on top for the tapas. The croquettas were still frozen inside. Took 10 minutes foe a server to come and another 15 for "freshly cooked" croquettas to get served... I get the place was busy, I get the vacation period is tough. What I dont get is bad service and unapologetic staff.

Answered our questions and even let us have a taste of the white wine before we ordered it. It was a generous pour. Beers were affordable. Wine was great. Didn't eat here so can't judge the quality of their dishes. Cool atmosphere right off the plaza. Had a good time.

Estuvimos en un fin de semana a últimos de mayo, dos veces. Éramos 4 amigas. Nos atendieron super bien. La camarera ( la chica rubia ), un encanto. El marisco, el pescado y la carne, super fresco y bueno y el vinito gaditano de Arcos uf. La ensalads de ahumados, las croquetas... es que estaba todo super bueno.Repetimos al siguiente día porque le dijimos que nos guardaran la misma mesa y nos recibió un camarero en la puerta con una gran sonrisa y una gran simpatía. Precio super bien.Somos gaditanas y sabemos que la hostelería merece un gran respeto, que a veces están cansados de recibir a gente pesada o desagradecida, pero con personal así que no tiene una mala cara y que te ayuda a elegir, así da super gusto. Muchísimas gracias. Espero visitaros de nuevo muy pronto

Service was good but first course came out cold.

Waiter was OK, took back and it came back piping hot.

However, subsequent dishes were luke warm. Didn't send back again, shouldn't have to!

Despite service and food being OK I'm afraid hot food is a basic and - unfortunately - that is why it's only a two star review from me.
