Be careful booking here. I booked through booking.com and received many spam/scam messages through their system. This may be due to booking.com, but I also received a whatsapp message a week later from their own account with the following message:

Dear guest, we are waiting for you in our apartments! These magnificent apartments are not located in Enrique de las Marinas 2, but are located in the area of Avenida del Puerto, specifically in Avenida de la Constitución 4 de diciembre 1977, building number 26-27.

If you come by car, go straight on the Avenida del Puerto and you will find a roundabout in Plaza de España where you have to change direction. Continue and the third street on the right will be the access to the parking of Canalejas. Right in front of the access to the parking lot of Canalejas, you will find building number 26-27.

They sell you a luxury apartment in a historic renovated building, however, once you booked they decide to put you in a different building, a totally common residential old building and they don’t even care to tell you the truth, they said ‘this luxury apartments are located in a different address’. All to know at check in, that the building is not the one in the pictures, has no terrace, is not an historic renovated building, and the location is not even close to the one in the original building of the pictures. Es fängt schon damit an, dass die Unterkunft falsch in Google Maps eingetragen ist und zwar liegt diese links in der Straße, wenn ich von der Plaza komme und nicht rechts - äußerst seltsam. ||Das gebuchte Appartement entsprach so gar nicht meinen Vorstellungen und die Modernisierung ist nur zum Teil geglückt - im Gegenteil. Das Bad äußerst beengt, Handtücher ständig klamm, da nur eine kleine Handtuchstange vorhanden ist und wie das zwei Personen bewerkstelligen sollen, ist mir ein Rätsel.||Das Schlafzimmer zwar mit Fenster, nur geht dieses in den Patio, der gleichzeitig als Treppenaufgang fungiert, raus, sodass lüften nicht möglich ist und die Vorhänge müssen immer zugezogen bleiben, außer ich möchte mich anderen präsentieren. Generell lässt sich das Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich abdunkeln, da die Vorhänge viel Licht durchlassen und auch einige Schalter blinken bzw. Dauerleuchten. An erholsamen Schlaf ist somit nicht zu denken.||Das schlimmste war für mich allerdings der Gestank. Gleich nach dem Check-in habe ich diesen an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber es hieß nur, der Geruch würde durch Duftstäbchen im Bad erzeugt, nur waren diese nicht vorhanden. Beschwerdemanagement geht eindeutig anders. Wie ich dann herausgefunden habe, wird ein sehr aggressives Raumspray verwendet. Das geht gar nicht, ist Chemie pur und am allerschlimmsten Gesundgeitsschädlich. Durch Lüften über Küche bzw. Wohnzimmer habe ich dies halbwegs in den Griff bekommen, bis zur "Reinigung" einige Tage später. Generell nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Ja, alles sehr unhygienisch.
