We went on a Saturday afternoon so we expected it to be busy. There were 6 of us and expected to wait (we waited for 45 minutes but was worth it!). My only criticism would be that the staff weren't concerned about the queue. There was a couple who were on a big table and had finished their cake and coffee and were sitting on there phones. I'm not suggesting that the staff kick them out but maybe ask if they wanted anything else to hint that the table was needed. Having said that, the staff were efficient serving and polite. They allowed us to send them the cake design we wanted, and they delivered the cake to our venue.
