This place has the feel of one of those coffee house/sandwich and salad places always owned by an earth mother type that usually goes out of business. La Terra however is not one of those places. It's an eclectic mix of dishes all wonderfully prepared with very clearly quality ingredients. I had a veal burger and as a man from Oklahoma USA I feel like I know a thing or two about hamburgers and this burger was the veal deal. It was a veal burger with gruyere cooked to medium rare by default. It was truly a thing of beauty.
