Enjoy it Girona — Restaurant in Girona

Appalling and inhuman place.

We were 6 of us and the service was ok, food was bog standard. The place stank and was dirty and full of food. I could see they were herding people in and out. The staff were miserable and unhappy. Management lack training and are not interested in providing a good service.

Once we had eaten, my sister had a sudden head rush and felt sick and the food she ate is now questionable. She then fell to the floor and they told us they wanted us out of the restaurant 'she can't sit here'. They are deluded if they think we want to sit in their smelly dirty full of food everywhere restaurant......

We were tourists travelling from the UK, never have we come across such inhumane and insensitive people, the management were absolutely disgusting. You can see my sister has fallen to the floor and you are telling me she has to leave the their filthy dirty restaurant.

This place has below average food, bog standard waiter service, miserable staff and not to mention inhuman people who don't care that someone is very poorly and btw poorly because she had food poisoning from your uncooked food......Would never go back to this place and I don't recommend this place to...

A Disastrous Experience—Rushed Service & Zero Compassion

Tonight, my family and I (six of us) went out for what we hoped would be an enjoyable meal. Instead, we found ourselves in a chaotic, rushed environment where waiters sprinted around, leaving no space for a relaxed dining experience.

We ordered starters, mains, dessert, tea, and coffee, spending around an hour at the restaurant. As we were about to leave, my sister suddenly felt unwell—dizzy, weak, on the verge of fainting. She sat down near reception, clearly struggling, and instead of even a shred of concern, the restaurant staff ordered her to leave

Not once did they ask if she was okay. Not once did they offer help. Just cold indifference. A human being—who had just eaten in their establishment and might have reacted to their food—was treated like nothing more than an inconvenience.

This wasn’t just bad service; it was utterly heartless. If you value kindness, basic decency, or even just a peaceful meal, stay far away...

Awful experience at this place. Another a couple was set next to us and their dog was sick. Whilst we were eating which I don’t blame the dog but the staff were terrible just handed the couple some serviettes to clean it themselves. Eventually seeing this didn’t work 10minutes later a cleaner came out and chucked at bucket of water over it splashing us. At this point we couldn’t finish our food as we were disgusted and now soaked from the bucket of water. Asked for the bill and the staff didn’t even take the courtesy to ask how the food was and we paid full price for it. Absolutely disgusted do...
