Croak's Girona — Restaurant in Girona

Cannot recommend. Two stars is for the service which was good but not amazing either. The food was awful, really. I ordered the veggie chicken wrap as I'm vegetarian and it came with maybe half of the ingredients listed in the menu, the salad on the side had no dressing and the waiter didn't bring olive or vinegar to the table. I asked the waiter about the missing ingedrients of the wrap and after a while he brought another one which had most of the ingredients (no basil though) but absolutely no flavor. It was the worst food I ordered in a restaurant in a very long time. 16,40€ for an awful wrap and still water. Thanks for nothing.

I received a burnt burger (I ordered medium, so it wasn't well-done by any chance), which smelled of burnt meat and tasted like burnt Teflon. For the first time in my life, I returned the food to the waiter. French fries were definitely not the first time they were fried. The Andalusian calamari was almost good, but it was tough. The beer was good, just Estrella. I was offered a dessert or a new burger to compensate for the burnt burger, which is fine, but I had no appetite to eat here again. I had to go up to the waiter myself to order and pay because no one approached me (and there weren't many customers). I definitely don't...

Soy cliente del croack’s la verdad que hace años que voy con mi hijo o solo o con amigos. Han pasado muchos encargados/as por allí. Y siempre he recomendado el lugar. Pr esta vez le voy a poner una estrella y a mi me han perdido como cliente. Simplemente como otras veces he ido ha comer con mi hijo. Y en el momento de pedir ha venido una chica. Muy amable, pr que era nueva. Le he pedido unos huevos fritos con patatas para mi hijo. Ya que el siempre se pide esto. En la carta no salen. Ellos los hacen estrellados de dif maneras. Pr a el le gustan solo los huevos normales con patatas fritas normales. No los estrellados. Y la chica que era nueva ha ido a preguntar como anotar esto ya que no le salía. Le dicho que tranquila. Que siempre me lo hacían, pr que preguntara como hacer el pedido. Y vuelve y me dice que no puede ser…. Perdón? Pr si he venido 1000 veces y siempre se ha hecho. Soy el que se pide siempre el wrap de pollo sin sal, y con poca salsa o sin ella. Y un zumo de frutas. Suele elegir fresa con plátano. O el de limón, manzana y albahaca…. Y te diría otras cosas que pedimos. Jajajaj que no se puede. Pr si siempre se ha hecho. Pocas ganas de trabajar tenia el de la cocina o no esta muy bien informado. Pr soy de discutir poco. Me levantado y marchado. Y han perdido un cliente que nunca decía nada. La verdad que no m he han tratado mal ni nada. Y l comida no es mala. Lr creo que esto es un error grave.
