Beautiful walk to this restaurant right by the forest. Would recommend going for lunch over dinner because it gets quite dark at night to walk back and it’s nicer to see the views during the day. We had. The Moroccan salad as starter a mix of hummus, carrot salad, eggplant which was all ok. Also got the salmon starter with yogurt sauce that was meh. For the main we shared back of lamb that came with potatoes- quite salty but very tender and well cooked. If you feel like change from the Catalan food and want more couscous/tagine cuisine this is the place. Wasn’t the most outstanding dinner we had in Girona but was pleasant- which is why I’d suggest it for lunch. Hidden food gem in Girona! This is a very charming secluded historic restaurant with a gorgeous terrace and amazing surroundings. We are thankful this restaurant had a car park and were also able to fit my partner and I without a reservation.

Exceptional food with Moroccan and French influence. Didn't unfortunately walk around the area or forest but would love to do this next time in Girona.

I ordered the chicken cannelloni as it sounded like an interesting Catalan main, it was very tasty - full of cheesy, bechamel and shredded tender chicken. Great comforting food. My partner enjoyed the lamb cous cous dish with vegetables - meat was very tender and full of flavour with the stock and sauces. Dishes are meat focused - they have chicken, lamb , steak dishes.

What a secret tip, driving 5 minutes out of town, finding parking despite the tied space. Incredible service, the owner is heavily involved that everybody gets a table, and his staff of many making sure the delicious taste creations find their way quickly out of the kitchen. The food, the atmosphere and excellent service does not allow to point out some imperfections, it was just too perfect. If you feel this devotion and passion to a craft, one must respect and see how special it is to find a gem like this. Big groups fit space in the garden like settings, kids could run around and play on the grassy area close to the tables.
