If you are feeling like fresh fish, domenoteca is the place to go! Ate here with friends and it was so good I went back with my parents to have them try it out:) Domenica was such a great host, she made us feel right at home. All the fish they sell is fresh and comes from Fuerteventura, nothing imported. They also show you which kind of fish it is using a manual, found that very interesting! We had the first night an amazing bottle of wine, great and complex flavour! The fish flavour was so good, and I love they don’t use too much condiment over it, only a little salt and oil, exactly like my parents do, best way to actually enjoy the flavour of the fish. Also the side dish of veggies was great, reminded me of my aunt cooking, simple but so tasty:) (And the cheesecake omg….
