Absolutely amazing! Pastalo Bien in Ortolava is a true hidden gem. Their homemade pasta is just outstanding — you can really taste the freshness and care in every dish. The tagliatelle with rabbit ragù were exceptional, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked, and the pasta alla Genovese, the special of the day, was simply delicious.

The slow-cooked pork belly was another highlight — so tender and flavorful that it just melts in your mouth.

We stopped at Pastalo Bien by chance on our way back from Mount Teide. There were five of us, and we shared a meat board, black pasta with shrimp, rabbit ragu pasta, cod fish, tiramisu, cheesecake, and coffee. Everything was so good that we didn’t even get a chance to take pictures, the plates were empty before we grabbed our phones 😄

The owner is such a great guy - super friendly. We chatted, shared some stories, and had a good laugh together. The prices were really fair too, much less than we expected for such amazing food
