Pizzería Palestra — Restaurant in La Orotava

I ordered a crispy chicken hamburger with fries. We waited for around 1h for 2 hamburgers to arrive. The fries were salty and tasted like oil, pure oil. The glasses were plastic and the plate was a piece of cardboard. I asked for a packaged ice-cream and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for it. I also had to wait forever for the receipt to arrive, so much that I walked inside the building (I was sitting outside) and paid there. I will not...

No entiendo que siempre pase lo mismo. La comida bien, relación calidad-precio buena. Pero el servicio a domicilio... ya en una conocida app de comida me indica entre 45-55 minutos de espera para la entrega, lo cual es desmedido para hacer una entrega a 4 Km, 10 minutos en vehículo. Pero bueno, ya hago el pedido sabiendo que van a tardar (como habitualmente) y me hago a la idea. Lo que no es de recibo es que al final tarden 1 hora y 20 minutos (y ya tengo hasta ''suerte'' en comparación con otros muchos usuarios, por lo que veo) y es tarde sobre tarde. Al final, están normalizando algo que no tiene ninguna lógica. Y no solo eso, sino que además me llega una parte del producto abierta y tocando directamente el interior de la bolsa del repartidor. De verdad creo que deberían plantearse seriamente el externalizar el servicio de entrega a domicilio, o bien directamente no ofrecerlo. Cualquiera de las 2 opciones menos la actual. Por su bien, porque estropean toda la parte buena que sí ofrecen como restaurante. Si tengo respuesta, ya sé de que tipo eslo que viene: "lamento esta valoración tan baja", "sentimos no haber cumplido tus expectativas", "gracias : -)"...etc (esta última, incluso con reseñas negativas... jajajajjaa)....

The food was ok. We just ordered 2 Burritos and Pizzas and got instead of it 3 burritos and had to pay for the third one too. The toilets can’t be closed (women toilets) and there’s a big scar on the door. The toilets are very dirty. The Restaurant is not that chic but it’s ok.
