El domingo fue día de nuevo descubrimiento y paseo al norte de la isla ✨ Acabamos en La Orotava chascando algunos platos estupendos y una copita de Arautava tinto tradicional

Comenzamos por una ensaladilla de batata que tenían fuera de carta, presentada con huevo duro rallado (quiero probar esta forma de presentar el huevo en unas tostaditas, que tiene que quedar bien rico ).

A continuación, una Alcachofa de Navarra con queso parmesano y jamón de bellota, que estaba increíble. Está claro que un buen producto hace un plato final aún más sabroso y completo.

Para continuar el picoteo, unos huevos ibéricos al estilo de El Jamón de Moisés. Salí encantada con el sabor. Clarinete que el fuerte de este lugar son los ibéricos, sin dudas.
