YANAGI — Restaurant in Málaga

Kaede is a must-visit for every sushi-lover in Malaga. It may not look that impressive walking up to the restaurant, but Kaede really surprised us in terms of service and the quality of the food. We were in the mood for sushi so that's what we went for, but as far as we could see, the noodles and other food on the menu looked great too! The fish was really fresh and the flavour of the salmon and tuna rolls were superb and really authentic. I really could'nt say one bad thing about the quality of the sushi. We closed the diner off with some pork gyozas (which seemed to be handmade) and this also turned out to be a great choice. I would really recommend you give them a try!

If that was'nt enough, Kaede was one of, if not THE, cheapest options available in and around Malaga. Probably because its just a bit out from the city centre, but it was worth the walk!

Sadly, the restaurant was almost empty when we visited. This could be because it was at the end of the touristic season when we were there, but even so, they really deserve a bigger crowd!

WORST SUSHI OF MY LIFE! Even the wasabi had Zero flavour, zero spice, fake. Also Over priced for portion size. If somebody says this place has good price/quantity, it's because they have a groupon. We left robbed 35 euros, hungry, and with no flavour. The rice, the fish, the spring rolls, NO FLAVOUR. The spring roll have almost same flavour as sushi, the flavor of AIR. portion size a joke. Usually wasabi could save anything. But you could put 100 grams of this wasabi in your mouth and not taste a thing. I even asked, if they have different wasabi that maybe I got a non spicy one, but nope. One week old prepacked 4 euro sushi from a dirty kiosk at 2am is 100...

Best sushi in town by far! I usually order it as takeaway and haven't been disappointed a single time. The fish is super fresh, they have a great selection. Our typical order is usually Uramaki aguacate, sésamo y salmón, Uramaki aguacate, queso y tapa salmón and Nigiri pez mantequilla, and can't fault any of them. The butterfish sushi is possibly the best I've ever had anywhere in my life! Also super fast delivery! Deifnitely...
