From the outside we didn’t know much what to expect, but once inside we were warmheartedly welcomed with the announcement that our group of 6 was expected 😊👍🏼 Once we had a deep dive in the menu, it became clear that choices were hard to make since all the dishes, especially the “mientras” and the “sin cubiertos” were so appealing. We were skillfully guided in our choices from food to the wines. The food was excellent, where our kind hostess explained to us that 80% of the ingredients are local and the dishes are all inspired by Spanish and mainly Andalusian heritage with their own personality in it. The wines also local and high in quality, with intriguing tastes and great body- just the way we like it. As soon as we make pictures of the wines to buy ourselves, that’s a good sign haha! The amazing, quite unparalleled price-quality ratio made it taste all the better. Highly recommended. Curious what their future entails ;-)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aire Gastrobar in Malaga, where I opted for the menú degustación with maridaje. It was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. What stood out were the gamba Blanca de Malaga en leche de tigre and the cochinillo en baja temperatura; both were culinary delights that showcased the chef’s expertise. And let’s not forget the delectable tarta de queso for dessert! What makes Aire Gastrobar truly exceptional is their commitment to regional products and sustainability. They carefully select their ingredients, transforming them into magical dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also support local producers. As for the wine pairing, while it was good, some selections were a bit on the sweet side for my taste. In my next visit, I might opt to forgo the pairing. Nevertheless, I’ll definitely be returning to Aire Gastrobar to savor their exquisite creations once again.

Absolutely unforgettable dining experience. Aire Gastrobar takes fine dining to another level — each dish was beautifully presented, unique, and bursting with flavour. You can taste the creativity and passion in every bite. We started with a bottle of Coto de Gomariz white wine (highly recommended!) and moved on to a rich Paxara Tolo red with our mains — both excellent choices that paired perfectly with the food. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The space itself is cozy and intimate, though the aircon inside was a little chilly and a bit noisy — still, a small thing compared to the overall magic of the evening. This place is perfect for couples or serious foodies looking for a memorable meal. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. 🧡 Highly recommend. Worth every cent.

Mucho lerele, poco lirili.

Construir y no destruir.
