I spent some days in Madrid with my boyfriend and Brotes was the first Restaurant we visited. It was an overwhelming experience. The food is fantastic, the combinations of ingredients is really special and the service is so warmly. Also it is completely glutenfree, which was unbelievable for me as a celiac from Germany. Sitio muy decepcionante. Hemos reservado para comer con la idea de probar el sitio porque tiene muy buenas reseñas y la comida saludable y muy variada según la carta que tienen online. Cuando llegamos habían 2 mesas de sitio para 2 una de ellas literal para no tenerla para comensales, coja, enana la comida hace malabarismos por entrar y las bebidas ni te cuento. Cuando llegamos, le pedimos si podían ponernos en otra mesa que tenía más espacio y estabilidad, igual para 2 personas y nos dicen que no nos la pueden dar porque se va a juntar para una mesa para 6. Así que bueno, aceptamos. La comida, no habían varias cosas en la carta que si en la web, pero bueno. De sándwich no tenían nada porque se les había acabado el pan (a las 14:30 pm). Durante la comida llega una pareja que se había adelantando 20 minutos y oh sorpresa! Le dan la mesa que nos habían dicho que no nos podían dar porque eran para 6. De verdad, nos hemos sentido en fin…con las expectativas que teníamos de probar el sitio, hemos decidido no volver. Muy decepcionante. Me llega encima la hamburguesa que había pedido con extra de queso y en la mesa me dice verifica si te han puesto el queso, no entiendo…tenemos nosotros que verificar lo que sale de cocina? Evidentemente no tenía el extra de queso y me retiran el plato, mi marido empieza a comer y yo mirándole… La comida está rica pero yo no recomendaría la experiencia en restaurante, deja...
