Great for impressing a date, but it's so full of clueless conservative clones it's cloying. The staff believe they're part of the caste, so make sure to wear only designer brands and make outrageous requests, or you'll be treated as a second class citizen and (gasp) be sneered at. The bartenders have no idea what they're serving, there's no table service except for diners, and everything is SLOOOOOW.

Update based on reply: All comments made by me are impressions, based on my admittedly subjective perception of reality. However, when you see several people at the bar served before you that came after you've been waiting patiently for some time, you speak up and complain. I disagree with the manager's response, simply negating a thing does nothing to set one perspective over another, in this case my own. Google doesn't pay me to make comments nor do I frankly care about their brownie-point system, I have no vested interest in lying which is pretty much what I've been accused of. Further, I think a question like "What single malt scotches do you have?" is a reasonable query for a bar. I hope management does indeed re-train staff to be able to answer such simple questions. But my favourite moment of the evening was this: as there were seven of us and the current pandemic requires a maximum of six at a table, we divided up into two tables of four and three. A staff member soon came over and complained that we were too close though we were at least two and half meters apart. Or perhaps not. Regardless, we promptly ensured there was enough space. Yet, the same person soon seated a couple by one of our tables, not twenty centimeters away from my colleague, back to back. It's that type of incongruency...

We were really disappointed with our experience here. I went with two friends, and after sitting down and waiting for the line to get a little shorter, we finally got up to order when there were only about six people ahead of us. Out of nowhere, a staff member told us they wouldn’t take any more orders because of a private event starting at 6 PM even though it was only 5:38, there was no one behind us, and the place was still packed with people eating.

It would’ve taken just a couple of minutes to take our quick order, and it felt completely illogical and unreasonable to turn us away after we had already waited. We were honestly shocked by how poorly handled the situation was. Definitely not the kind of treatment you’d expect from a place that seemed so...

No es la primera vez que voy, pero esta vez el servicio mal… puedo decir que tanto el ambiente como el local está bastante bien. Y la comida también, aunque los vinos son de ellos y por ejem de blanco solo hay verdejo. El problema es que esta vez que fui tardaron demasiado tiempo en traer la comida. Al principio nos metieron prisa, eran las 15.20, para que pidiéramos porque la cocina cerraba a las cuatro. Así que a esa hora hicimos el pedido de la comida. Pero el primer plato, unas croquetas, no llego hasta las 4:00 de la tarde. Las mesas de al lado que habían llegado más tarde ya estaban comiendo desde hace rato. Pero nuestros platos no salian. Tuvimos que reclamarlo hasta en tres ocasiones. A las 4:15 trajeron el siguiente plato, los torrezns. Y después nos trajeron un Brioche, que habíamos pedido tres, y el entrecot que era el último plato y así se lo dijimos a la camarera, que lo ultimo el entrecot. Así que tuvimos que volver a pedirles que por favor trajeran los tres Brioche juntos, y después el entrecot. En todo momento se disculpaban, pero la realidad es que al principio no hacían nada, tardaron una hora y media en traer la segunda ronda de platos después de habernos metido prisa para que pidiéramos de comer. En todo momento se disculparon como ya decía, y nos invitaron a los postres. Pero es cierto que nos tuvimos que quejar demasiadas veces para que la comida saliera, porque nuestra mesa estaba vacía y los demás estaban comiendo sin problema. En traer la cuenta también tardaron un montón (casi a las 19.00…) cuando fuimos a pedir copas uno de los camareros no nos dijo que teníamos que ir a la barra, etc. es decir el servicio es un autentico un caos (aunque no todos). La comida estaba bien, las croquetas estaban buenas, los torrezns eran un poco difíciles de comer, el Brioche es demasiado pan y en este caso no lo recomiendo, y la carne estaba buena. La torrija tengo que decir que estaba espectacular y la tarta de queso sin más. Pero como decía alguna parte del servicio, que no todos, bastante mal, sobre todo la primera camarera que nos tomó nota, se fue a mitad de servicio y ya dejo el problema a otros. Si no le pongo menos de tres estrellas, es porque hay otras cosas que compensan que le pongan una puntuación media. Y si no hubiera sido por el pésimo servicio le hubiera dado...
