Reply to the owner: I have the utmost respect for the women selling churros in NYC. They are hustling and have an amazing product for $2, which I happily and regularly purchase. I have no respect for your rude and unwelcoming staff for preparing soggy churros, chalky chocolate, and artificial frozen lemonade and charging exorbitant prices for bad products. Perhaps spend time improving your products and training your team than making assumptions about what I'm lacking.

Not even joking, the churros that the ladies sell in the NYC subway are better than this mess, and 1/4 the price. The churros here were lukewarm and already getting soggy, and barely had the distinct shape. The chocolate can only be described as sad, barely sweetened and barely chocolate-y, almost chalky. Maybe we got a bad order because ours doesn't look anything like others' photos. And forget about the 5 euro frozen lemonade - skip that altogether. It...

We were leaving Madrid that morning that we found this cute little chocolateria. We took ours to go but only had a 10 minute walk back to our accommodations. We were really surprised the hot chocolate was still really warm and the regular churros were fabulous. The larger ones will catch your eye and you will order all the flavors they have but just stick with the regular churros. The others were really greasy and weren’t really that flavorful. We dipped our churros in the hot chocolate which is really really thick. My children had a hard time drinking it because it was so thick and warm. We added a little milk to ours. We will go back if we are in Madrid again. We had no idea of the history of the place until someone asked if we went here and then we realized that we happened upon it. I wish I would have taken more photos but we were so...

Chocolatería Tacita de Plata is a fantastic place to indulge in some delicious churros. The churros are freshly made to order, and they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness.

The churros are served with a thick, rich chocolate dipping sauce that is absolutely divine. The chocolate is not too sweet and has a deep, complex flavor that pairs perfectly with the churros.

The atmosphere of the shop is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff that are always willing to help you with your order. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous, making it an excellent value for the money.

Overall, if you're in the mood for some delicious churros and a decadent chocolate dipping sauce, Chocolatería Tacita de Plata is the perfect destination. Highly...
