D'Kebab Food — Restaurant in Madrid

This place was so super gross. We like kebab and eat it often. This place has a sign that says it closes at 2:30, but we were told at around 12:50 that we could only take food to go, even though there were several tables with people eating at them. We ordered and we were given durum that had been sitting wrapped in foil for a long time and was so soggy and disgusting that it wasn't edible. The bread was wet and falling apart. The meat tasted mushy, the vegetables were hot and basically steamed. All 4 of us threw the food away. What a waste, especially because the food here is already pricier than a lot of kebab places. After we ordered, I asked the man behind the counter for spicy sauce (in Spanish) and he gave me a piece of foil and nodded towards an empty table. I have zero idea what he wanted me to do with it and there was no salsa picante on the table. 🤷‍♀️ There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the one...

La comida estaba muy fría. Le informamos al camarero que la comida estaba fría. Se comportaron de manera muy irrespetuosa y grosera. ¡La estúpida explicación fue muy triste e insultante...! Ni siquiera se disculparon. Pedí una hamburguesa para mi hijo. pero le trajeron un escalope de pollo con pan de hamburguesa. También nos cobraron por empacar la comida que queríamos llevarnos. Además, no eran de Turquía, creo que eran paquistaníes o marroquíes y no tenían comida turca en absoluto.

The food was very cold. We informed the waiter that the food was cold. They behaved very disrespectfully and rudely. The stupid explanation was very sad and insulting...! Got a falafel wrap that was 95% lettuce + this white sauce that tasted like American ranch dressing, 5% actual falafel. Got another kebab wrap that was slightly better but was drenched in so much sauce that you couldn’t taste much else. The pizza was decent but it’s pretty hard to mess up a pizza. Won’t be coming back...
