The enviornment seemed a bit caveman style to me. It was a bit dark all around, but still clean and organized. There’s this long table where multiple people can sit when you first walk in and farther in the back are 2 seater and 4 seater tables more crowded together. There’s also a bathroom in the back with 1 single unisex toilet. Their menu is fairly simple with main garden salad bowls, sides, add-ons, and plates to share.
I was a bit confused about their service system because there were people there in the restaurant both working and customers when I arrived around 12pm but they weren’t really eating much. I tried to scan the QR code on the table but it apparently was only for the breakfast menu or at least the dessert and drinks menu.
So later on I went up to one of the workers and asked for the menu and he explained that they work like a fast food restaurant where you’ll order your food at the counter. I was also confused because the restuarant was officially open at 8:30/9:30 but they weren’t taking orders until 12:30 on the dot.
It was also a bit of a funny tipping system because right when I was ordering at the counter, hadn’t even tasted the food yet, hadn’t really talked to the waiters much or anything, they had a litte machine screen asking for a tip.
Overall, the process seemed a bit over exaggerated and a bit complicated because I just wanted to eat and get on with my day but besides that the food was great, fresh, and tasted really good and it was a nice enviornment. I’d definitely recommend this place but maybe come after or at 12:30 for a...

❤️My favorite dishes: Baked sweet potato maple-tahini, garden bowls: wild Mediterranean, Latin lover
🥑I’ve had so many different vegan dishes and loved everything. what makes it special? The way the food is prepared - with so much detail like roasted nuts, seeds or sprouts. Delicious taste!!!

🏡This location is smaller than the one on Hortaleza - and it was very crowded on a Saturday night.
💁🏻♂️When is gets very busy, there is a wait where they don’t allow tables to be occupied.
🙋♀️Staff was very friendly and accommodating- service is fast and attentive.

Read moreWow... I left this place speechless. The food here was so fresh and tasty I devoured my bowl so quick. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is super nice. The staff spoke English which was super helpful understanding how to order the menu. They were also super NICE which was refreshing as someone who can't speak Spanish fluently.
You can either dine in or take out which was nice. There were so many options for food to choose from as they cook and prepare your meal behind the counter for you to see. They do have tasty vegan options which was huge for me. The price is a bit steep for my taste BUT totally worth every penny! The portion sizes are fitting for the price I think so you get your money's worth.
For dessert, I got the chocolate chip cookie. If you get any dessert, get that cookie. It looked hard at first sight but that was the softest cookie I've ever had. Not too sweet but just enough to counter the salt on top. I could eat 100 of those. Highly recommend! Sad there aren't any...
