Madrid Jollibre is way too far from other Jollibee around the globe when it becomes to behaviours, conduct, management, attitude of Jollibee staffs and crews also the food. The chinese look girl infront of the counter is stingy and idly when giving a ketchup, she needs to count the chips before giving you a ketchup, why? I have 5packs of chips on my tray and she gave me 5sachets of ketchup i mean what the heck! Why? When i askes my peach mango pie the filipina girl told me "anjan na yan ate 3 yan" and she pushed my tray.. I can understand all of you are already tired from working but thats the nature of your work you applied there and expect that you working in one of the popular food chain in the Philippines and lots of customers but dont be so rude to us as your customers we paid right and we deserve to be treat us right and get a proper food, when it becomes to food, chicken is so small its like a drumstick of a duck and take note no gravy, no cutlery and no plates giving to customer, they will serve the chicken in the paper bag with your rice, burger steak is salty and burnt. Jollibee Madrid needs to improve and train your staffs not to be rude and wear a smile all the time so the food are tasty and taste good not unlike the face of your staffs grumpy, irascible, grouchy and crabby it reflects that what you doing. Was disappointed with this Jollibee. My first visit was a big NO for me... I was from out of town and few of my Filipino friends and family said the same thing about this Jollibee that it wasn't good, or that the food was just not worth it, or that they have small options in their menu, etc... Didn't believe them, so i gave it a try and wanted to seek it myself, and guess what ? They were right! Or atleast i hope only that day, because the place has many good reviews but for my first experience it wasn't. They have limited food options compared to other Jollibee's, they only have a quarter of Jollibee restaurant menu options... The place wasn't cleaned enough and was dirty in most tables, the bathrooms had a funky rough smell that made the "whole" restaurant mostly smell like it, there weren't alot of workers that day and it seems like they didn't had no effort as they were working and so on... Was not worth the hype, I've been to many Jollibee's before and this is the FIRST that disappointedly surprised me, i hope they see my review and they work on it. I will be back soon and i hope they improve the whole situation. The place has potential for sure if they wanted too, but for now this is my first impression of the Filipino fast food...
