La Musa Malasaña — Restaurant in Madrid

This is your spot to visit in #madrid the vibe is warm and classy. The staff speak English and are super friendly. They accept card and its a perfect date night spot or a place to get a drink and relax. Starting off I had a nice beer poured just right. Then went with the tapas asked the staff to choose there top dish and boom it was this fluffy full of flavor dish. This restaurant was a must for me due to the fusion they had in the kitchen. Dishes were tapas but with an Asian twist and that sold me. The dessert was next level very moist but had that perfect level of hefty. Definitely will be my spot I visit again when I come back to Madrid. For the review I will give this place a 9.2 on that 🔥 scale. Jeanette our server was nice and friendly. The restaurant is small and has lovely decor.

The chao fan fried rice was ok. The rice was good but the breaded chicken was dry and bland. I don’t understand why we had to mix the egg into rice ourselves when they could do it before they serve it.

We also had to grind the lime and olive oil into the guacamole. Personally, I thought it was kinda gimicky to have us so that.

The fried green tomatoes with blue cheese was above par and enjoyable.

And the goat cheese cheesecake was a nice change to the usual cheesecake. It gave a light salty taste to a usual sweet dessert. I enjoyed it as well.

Really excellent food! I went around 8:30 without a reservation and didn't have a problem, though by 9:30 it was packed and there was a waiting list on the wall. If you plan on going late I recommend reserving a table.

My friend and I got the tapas special which was 30 euro for a bunch of tapas and desserts (drinks not included). Everything I ate was excellent (especially la bomba), and it was a lot of food! The meal ended up being 18euro pero person which for me (a college student) isn't cheap. Next time I go I'll just stick with a few tapas because I really didn't need all that food.
