The food is good. But the service is confusing and not great, especially because of a woman. The barman was reassuring and one of the waiters was accommodating. I recommend making a reservation. We hadn't booked. But when we arrived the waiter said that a table would be available We had to wait quite a time. There was room at the bar so he suggested we stand up there and start ordering and eating until it became available. Which we did and thanks for the suggestion! However, I had suddenly severe pain due to my condition, and I needed to sit down. A man with an extra high seat offered to take it while we waited, so we took it and placed it next to the bar for me to sit. A waitress came and took it away. We really didn't understand. It was not on the way and this seat was available and given by another client because I was in suffering. So in this restaurant, if someone doesn't feel well, instead of helping them, they take away the help they're given? All this just to put the seat back where it was and make it useless. This same waitress was unpleasant with us for the rest of the service once we were seated at a table. There was also some confusion in the service which resulted in us taking more than we had initially ordered. In short, very good food, good waiters, but help for people who feel bad for one waitress to...

manager on shift today for today 1 October 2023 very rude. I have approach the two customers people to a table and asked if are for eating or only for drinking as I staying for a wile and no food ordered waiting for a table as the manager said no even if sometimes managers can squeeze people. The 2 guys said are for drinks only. I was in tears as I came to christening a baby and having a flight to catch for 20:40 to london I am celiac and need to eat before flying and wanted of feeling the spain food .

My family agree as myself of staying and eating and ordering only for myself and husband and they went different place.

I have been diagnosed 5 years a go and Is 3rd time when finding difficult to find something to eat gluten free.

Never been treated so bad and so poor services. Disappointed ☹️ about it.

To the manager who I spoken today I promised you that would write your behaviour were zero I’ve been working in customer service in uk and never seen such a poor customer service. Disappointed. Take the gluten free bar name as you confuse people put...

I made reservation online and came in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. We were a group of five people and sat in the back of the restaurant. when we came in there was only one other large group and only 1 waiter. soon it got crowded and I could only see still one waiter. needless to say the service was not what I had hoped for. He dropped off our food and drinks, but didn’t really come back to check on us. We needed extra silverware and we had to share. He was trying to help everyone. The food was very good. Our hamburgers were cooked, medium, some medium rare but again the waiter never asked how we wanted them cooked and never came back so we could send it back. I really think that they need to do a better job staffing for the...

I was so excited to try this place after researching gliten free options in Madrid. EVERYTHING on the menu is gluten free, so no danger of cross contamination. We got -croquettes de champiñòn (mushroom) the -croquettes con queso de cabra (goat cheese) -cachopo de Pollo (potatoes with chicken) -patatas con salsa Brava (potatoes with a sour cream and creamy salsa)-cachopo de ternera (veal stuffed with cheese and ibérico ham) -fritura mixta (fried baby squid, sardines, dogfish(white fish), larger squid) Everything was hot and delicious. I wish we had ordered a salad to break up all the fried food. But I ate to my hearts content and was so happy

One person in our group is gluten sensitive. So we are happy to have found this little cute place. On a Friday night the place looks busy and packed. Sure enough, their tables are all occupied or reserved. The waiter ran back and came back to tell us, they have a table for us but we only have one hour. We're happy to take it! Every single dish we had there was yum! My favorite was the baby squid croquettes and patatas bravas. We would come back here again next time we're in Madrid.

Pre COVID review: Bottom line: fantastic tapas, fair prices, full bar. Gluten line: labeled menu, cleared flagged food (see pics), very accommodating. Bottom line: one of the few places in Madrid we ate at twice. Tapas are all crazy good. Service was a bit tough at times but the place gets pretty full. Regardless we had a great time and having the food really brought us back. Would recommend. Disclaimer : wifey and I are both native Spanish speakers, experience may vary.
