We had the most incredible time in Carmen’s private cooking class for cheesecake and sangria—what a perfect combination! Carmen’s warm and welcoming demeanor made the experience feel like an afternoon with a close friend. She expertly guided us through each step, from crafting the perfect cheesecake base to creating a refreshingly delicious sangria. Carmen’s passion for cooking is contagious, and her attention to detail ensured every element was just right. Prior to starting she laid out a beautiful spread of traditional Spanish cheeses, nuts and fruits. She even made a homemade pate for us to try with freshly baked breads. We left not only with full stomach but also with new culinary skills and inspiration. Carmen truly elevates the art of cooking into something both fun and memorable—this class is a must for anyone looking to enhance their kitchen repertoire!

This is hands down the BEST cheesecake in the world!! My only regret is I left it to the end of my trip to go! The pistachio flavour was my slice of choice and paired with an iced black coffee, was the best birthday treat ever. You can taste the smoothness and richness balaced with the savoury and sweet...absolute perfection. Carmen took the trouble to light me a candle and sing me happy birthday. If only I could take this back with me ... you must find this and have it. Not commercial...no other branches...and they are the sole suppliers to 2 high-end...

Oh. My. Gosh. BEST CHEESECAKE EVER! I get cheesecake everywhere I go, but this time my boyfriend stumbled upon this store randomly and bought a piece of their original cheesecake and a pistachio cheesecake. When I tell you it is absolutely phenomenal, I MEAN IT! I traveled to Barcelona and searched everywhere for a similar cheesecake and had no luck. I would 1000% move to Madrid for this and I am from the US....
