A friend and I went here on a Sunday to get coffee, lunch, and do some work. The decoration is very cute and sticks to the theme and the food was fine, nothing breath taking. What bothered me was the waitress. She told us we couldn’t have computers because it was getting crowded but the whole entire time we were there 5 tables were open at all times. Two gentlemen were on their laptops and she told them to shut them and they asked if they could wait until somebody needed the table (which nobody did) and she said no. She also would not let us split the bill, which I have never had a problem with in Madrid, there was only two of us. She was not nice about it either. I’m not sure if I would...

Ive read and seen reasons why this place might have days you wouldnt give it 5 stars. But heres why i did. i came here about 4 years ago and not much has changed. the vibe is vintage, staff were nice, ( nico even helped me find a good place for empanadas) pricing is ideal. the carrot cake was not to my taste, but still appetizing enough to finish a full portion. I love sitting by the windows watching life pass by in madrid. il come.back for sure. Bookmark this in your places to visit try the specialty coffee. ive had the irish ( one of the best ive ever had) and the cuban cuban was too sweet for me, but a sweet coffee lover...

it was a terrible experience, I don't recommend this place to anyone actually especially the tourists. the waiter is rude and racist I ordered an American coffee while I was working on my laptop. Then after 1 hour, I ordered tea then the waiter told me to have to leave if I am not ordering something more expensive !!! , I checked the menu and I told him ok I need pizza then, he said no you have to leave because you are using a laptop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so it was a really bad experience, the waiter is...
