Mi Ramen — Restaurant in Madrid

What a disappointment: poor customer service, bland, lukewarm food, and horrible textures.

They didn’t have steamed white rice so I ordered lo mein. It’s so bland, but the biggest disappointment is the meat. The fried chicken is chewy (not even remotely crunchy/crispy), and the other chicken is gummy. Absolutely inedible 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Also everything is lukewarm.

The person taking my order was so rude and impatient.

I can’t confirm this but I believe there is some cross contamination happening because I’m allergic to seafood/shellfish and I had a minor reaction while (trying to)...

I had lunch here and was very satisfied with the experience. The food was delicious — flavorful, fresh, and nicely presented. The fried rice with vegetables and the sweet and sour chicken were especially tasty and well-seasoned.
