Reserved a table for myself and my wife for valentine's day, when we arrived they said they do not have the reservation and they asked how we booked it. So I showed the proof of the reservation made through their website. They then said they only accept reservations made via Google maps, and the website is only to view the food, yet it has a clear reserve a table section that I've always used to book. The "lady" was a so ignorant, considering it is Valentine's Day she obviously gave the table away ans ruined our night unacceptable behaviour and classless staff. There was a long queue and this is the only reason.

We made the same reservation the week previous for my birthday the same way as always, miraculously in one week the official website that has an option to reserve a table and gives confirmation of a reservation isn't enough hen they are busy.

Blatant liars. Check your own website please as it has an option to reserve a table not like your lies saying the website is just to view the food. We even showed you the confirmation an absolutely disgrace from customers who visit at least twice a month ans always top well.

You won't be seeing us again and if this is how you treat loyal customers you won't have any for much...

We were excited to try this place cause of the online reviews, but what a huge disappointment. The restaurant itself definitely looks flashy but the longer we stayed the more we noticed…

The staff look so unhappy and sluggish, the service was very slow and since you have to wait 8 mins between orders, be aware that the countdown pauses when the tablet sleeps… the food quality was really sad… I don’t know who gives this place 5 stars but it’s clearly people with no food standards.

The first plate we ordered looked promising, but just look at the difference of when it arrived. It was literally the size of my thumb. The nigiri and sushi were rolled so badly and falling apart as you pick them up, the fish is sliced so thinly you can see through it. They use like 3 sauces for every single dish and they are insanely sweet it ruins everything. There were a few dishes that were good like anything “a la plancha “ because they used a pretty good garlic butter sauce. Everything else was meh…

Never going back and don’t recommend...

I went for dinner with one other person, paying a fee of 23 euro per person for the all you can eat menu. There is a mandatory drink charge as well, which means the minimum you pay per person is really closer to 25 euro. The service was nice, aside from having to pay for a mandatory drink, and some of the servers speak pretty good English which was definitely helpful. The food, on the other hand, was very disappointing. The sushi rolls were loose and covered in unneeded sauces, with a very small amount of fish inside. While this can be looked over, the soy sauce was pretty awful. It had a strange syrup-like viscosity, and was overly sweet to the point it brought down the whole...

The food is quite delicious however we ordered the chicken bbq and I’ve noticed that it’s dry and salty and I feel like they just reheated. Nonetheless, the whole experience is superb and I will definitely go back to this restaurant normally I do not enjoy any asian restaurant here Spain/Madrid because of food and cleanliness. We check also the toilets and it’s super clean, one of the cleanest baño I went to from all the restaurants. And lastly, I love the purple rice ball with berries and jam on it that’s super delicious, it was my first time to tried that and it was super good, whoever invented that recipe he/she did a very good job.
