Muñiz — Restaurant in Madrid

We stayed in an AirBNB right by and we wanted to drop off our luggage for a bit and they provided this service. however, the service was very overpriced and costed us 5 euros for only a couple of hours. Next, we forgot something at the place and at the time there was a worker working from 4, we kindly asked him to look but he was on a phone call ( not working) and sadly he rudely told us no, so we asked him to look again and that’s when he began to act very rude to customers and proceeded to tell us we were ‘crazy’ - needless to say we were disappointed as all we wanted was to get out item back. Sadly because of this, i do not recommend coming here as this worker was very impolite but all the other workers were very warm so it was a shame it ruined...

Such a diverse, live-and-let-live neighborhood crowd -- young couples with kids, seniors, gays, and everyone in between. The morsels of tapas they provide with every beverage are delicious and homemade, as is the food you can order off​ the menu. It's as authentic a Madrid bar as you'll find, with harsh lighting, inexpensive drinks, napkins strewn about the well-worn floor, and a serious need for a decor update (which would destroy its charm). A true classic in the La Latina area of Madrid. Has a wide range of typical tapas at reasonable prices and a decent selection of wines and beers. I can recommend the croquetas... they are certainly my favourite from this bar. Other dishes worth noting are the pigs ears and tripe, which are certainly a delicacy but not for all tastes!!
