The bartenders are good at improvising, coming up with new mixes on the fly that satisfy, that work well toward building a solid reputation. There's a huge-for-being-outside-of-North-America selection of mescals and tequilas, many from Oaxaca, so be adventurous!

You're looking at 5-7 euros for a luxury cocktail in the heart of the city, in an intimate setting with smart, gentle lighting and Agave decorative accents. I stumbled into this place back in 2018 and have been coming back ever since. I'm Mexican American and while I love all the food that Madrid has to offer, sometimes you just want something familiar. Their chilaquilles and tamalitos are delicious and I don't even need to tell you about the drinks. You can get real deal here when it comes to Mezcal and Tequila, as well as other regional drinks like Sotol. Sal de gusano, chapulin --you name it. Staff are unbelievably kind and easy going with an eye for excellent service. Also, if you have a well behaved dog in the family, they are welcomed with enthusiam.
