The folks here are passionate about what they do. We visited on two occasions during our trip to Madrid, lunch and dinner, and it was pretty busy. It's a small enough place so calling for a reservation is a good idea.

We tried several different pizzas and two kinds of tiramisu. The pizza was to die for on our first visit, the dough has to be the nicest one I've ever tried, smooth like a soul. On the second visit the dough was slightly different, a bit stiffer and too charred, which still might be a preference for some. It was a different pizzaiolo on both occasions. The ingredients used for toppings were great quality. Tiramisu was simply beautiful, the pistachio one alike.

The service was welcoming, attentive and quick.

If it was possible I’d give it a 4.5 for food, but overall experience lowers it to a 4. After reading the comments I had higher expectations tbh. The pizzas we tried were lacking flavor - they tasted very neutral, without any special flavor kick. Although each pizza was delicious, it just didn’t have the wow factor I expected. Plus, take into account that you strictly have 1 hour to eat; service is very fast so it’s not a problem but it feels like you have to eat in a rush so others waiting can take your table right away. Also, I should add the toilets are too small; it’s difficult to close the door when you’re in because there’s no space. Moreover, it smells too much like mold and that’s not a nice experience with the rest of the ambiance, it surely needs some...
