Panamera Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

Highly recommended, in my personal top 3

When I dine out, I often ask what the chef’s specialty is. At Panamera, this was not an easy choice. Many of the dishes are unique in their own way. In the end, I tried several that I can truly recommend: • Croquetas de Boletus • Brioche de Cordero • Caramelo de Morcilla • Pan Bao de Chipirones • Tataki de Salmón • Confit de Pato

Each dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and prepared with great attention to detail.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, which always adds a lot to the overall experience. The interior is modern, fresh, and spotless, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Chamberí, making it easy to reach.

All in all, Panamera has earned a place in my personal top three restaurants in Madrid, and I will...

We ordered the bao, tataki, gyozas, the picahna and mil hojas. Everything was delicious, high-quality, and flavorful. The dessert was incredible! So light, creamy, and the hint of lemon zest balanced out the flavors.

The ambience was lovely but the highlight for us was the staff. They were very attentive, professional, and so friendly. They did a good job and we appreciated the great service. Give them a raise 😉

Celebramos nuestra boda aquí y ha sido la mejor decisión que hemos tomado! En cuanto descubrí el restaurante me enamoré de la decoración, los detalles, y sobre todo de la sala privada de arriba que es espectacular, no solo por la privacidad sino también por el toque cálido del espacio, la mezcla de colores entre las plantas y detalles de mimbre, que reflejan la elegancia del lugar.

Además, en cuanto hable con Iván que es el encargado supe que era el mejor lugar para celebrar un día así. Su amabilidad y simpatía en todo momento facilitó este proceso, tuve que cambiar la fecha por motivos personales y siempre se mostró empático y dispuesto a ayudarnos. El trato hacia nosotros ha sido inmejorable, así como su simpatía. Además, debo señalar a Ricardo, el camarero que trabajó durante la comida y que fue realmente agradable y cercano con todos nosotros, siempre pendiente de lo que necesitábamos o de si estábamos suficientemente cómodos (espacio, mesa, aire acondicionado, música…) Sin duda el trato al cliente y el ambiente del lugar es de 20/10.

Por último, la comida exquisita, todos nuestros invitados quedaron contentos con el menú. Los entrantes nos parecieron muy ricos y elaborados, cuidando siempre el detalle y la estética. El segundo plato fue excelente, tanto el entrecote como los chipirones!

Volveremos sin ninguna duda, no solo nosotros, sino muchos de nuestros familiares.
