I have found this place completely by chance on the internet and it definitely caught my attention! The dishes look appealing, the prices seem to be a bit high, but I was going to give it a try anyway! However, after reading the reviews that are marked with one star and the responses from the staff, I was left speechless. I really disbelieve that replying in a rude way will increase the reputation of the place, in a contrary, it will keep the clients away. I can understand the disappointment while seeing bad reviews, but instead of offering people to go to McDonald’s you could try to be more polite and improve to keep the customers. Everybody providing any kind of customer service should know that you can’t put yourself at the same level as the customer, because it looks like the comments make you angry and you let it out on them.

The turkish egg was really yummie though. The garlic yoghurt and the perfectly poached eggs drizzled with spicy melted butter served with a bit of side salad and warm pita bread was a very balanced brunch dish that also kept me full for a long time.
The service could be friendlier, but all in all, this is a good option for a quick coffee and brunch, if you happen to be...
Read moreYes, the food is good, but the organisation is terrible. Also it is definitely overpriced considering that you have to order at the counter and pay immediately (service/price ratio). We went with three people and ordered together - coffees, a juice and food. It took 20 mins until the first juice arrived. 10 more Minutes until 2 coffees came. Then we waited another 10 mins for 2 out of three dishes (the açai bowl being warm). And then, another 20 mins until the last dish came - When the the other two people were already done with the food. People that after us were partly finished their food when we were still waiting for the last dish. Maybe the delivery...
