So disappointing! First of all, their açaí bowls are waaay too overpriced: 9,50€ for the smallest size and no extra toppings (it comes with 3). Each extra topping is 1€. The biggest problem was not the price though. I’ve never in my life tasted açaí that was so flavorless. I saw someone else review and say the same thing, but I thought how bad could it be? But it was very bad. It just tasted like water and even the fruits tasted like nothing; maybe they defrost frozen fruits and use them? I’m not sure but everything was flavorless. Even their peanut butter wasn’t a strong flavor. I got mine with mango, strawberry, and peanut butter. If you want good tasting açaí, definitely don’t come . Maybe if you just want something healthy as their açaí isn’t sweet at all. It’s a shame it looks so good but doesn’t taste like that. I did get the ginger shot and it was great. The service was great however and the decor is nice.

We are regulars here, and have been since they opened. We’ve unfortunately started to see a decline in their quality paired with an increase in prices. For example, they used to say their Acai was organic, which is more expensive. It no longer mentions that on their website or on Glovo so it seems that it’s no longer organic. Also, the mixed nuts used to be a great mix of almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc. with very few to no peanuts in it. However recently it’s shifted to a high percentage of peanuts (cheapest nut) and a much lower percentage of the other nuts (more expensive nuts). These are just a couple of examples. We’ve also seen a decline in the quality of their toppings generally, likely as they’ve shifted to cheaper options. It is really a shame when a business that built themselves on quality starts to make sacrifices to increase their profit margin. Maybe they thought no one would notice.

The Açaí Spot in Madrid is a hidden gem that has quickly become my go-to place for a healthy and delicious treat. Their açaí bowls are incredibly fresh and packed with vibrant flavors that make each bite a delight. The variety of toppings and the quality of the ingredients are top-notch, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every bowl. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your bowl. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a nutritious meal, The Açaí Spot never disappoints. Highly recommend!

For 4 days I was lost in city cuz nobody spoke English, then I entered in The Acai Spot, thought I would get just and ice cream in there but, then Andrea greeted me very nice and well articulate girl who was working in there, explained with detailed information what kind of healthy product company created and it surely was. After eating junkie food throughout the traveling, the combo that Andrea suggested cleansed my palate and I was surprised how light I felt after eating what seemed quite large portion of healthy goodies, with no sugar and concentrated only healthy flavors of frozen yougrty ice creamy mass and with delicious fruits. Definitely recommend to visit, as it is palate cleanser and comes with...
