I recently visited and had a mixed experience during our outing. As soon as we were seated, we noticed a young blonde waitress who seemed to be overwhelmed and somewhat distracted. Despite glancing at our table multiple times, she didn't come over to take our order

After waiting for what felt like quite a while without any acknowledgment, we decided to head to the bar to place our order ourselves. This was a bit disappointing, as we had hoped to receive table service. When we finally placed our order, I couldn't help but notice that the waitress appeared to lack experience, as she seemed unsure when taking our requests.

Once our drinks arrived, I was eager to enjoy my coffee with milk. Unfortunately, the drink fell flat—quite literally. It had a distinct burnt taste that made it hard to enjoy. This was surprising, given that many places manage to serve a decent cup of coffee, even in hectic environments.

Overall, while the atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and the menu looked promising, the service and quality of the coffee left much to be desired. I hope that with more experience, the staff, including our waitress, can provide a better dining experience for...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon a recommendation from my tour guide, I went in yesterday with my family and wanted to grab a bite and use the bathroom. When we walked in, we tried to speak to the waitress and due to a language barrier, she wasn't able to help us. As I proceeded towards the bathroom, while my family waited to order food, the lady behind the counter yelled and said that the bathroom can only be used by paying customers. I tried to explain that my family is waiting to order and while they wait, I would use the bathroom. She refused to listen and kept trying to explain the same thing over. She continued to tell me to wait in line and pay before I could use the bathroom. Obviously, they don't trust their customers and are very rigid in their ways. With the way she talked to us, we were shocked and left. I understand it is a business - but without customers, YOU WOULD NOT EXIST. I would recommend to go next door where there is a coffee shop and pastries. The lady let us use the bathroom without hesitation and we ordered...

The food was OK, but the service really needs to be reorganised to increase efficiency and quality. Many customers left because the waiting time was sooo long even for tapas which were ready to be served. Many others needed to go to the counter to submit the order. Waiters are always running, they cannot deliver a good service. We were not in a rush, thus we didn’t matter too much, but the atmosphere in the whole bar was bad because of this situation. Probably some improvement can be delivered just having a connected counter to take orders, in stead of having waiter writing on paper and than typing again the order in the computer behind the counter.
