Jesus, only in Madrid can a place unabashedly use the name "steakburger" to convince you that what you're eating is BURGER, when. It's neither burger or even steak but definitely "inedible". It's like they're playing it safe by repwyand referrinf to the "meat" by repeating it twice in the name "steakburger". Ain't gonna happen! I had the buey "burger" cooked to "no pink" and it was drier than cafeteria porkchops. I felt like I was being punisbed for ordering it "no pink". Being from the American Midwest where you can get a burger using beef from freshly butchered cows from no more than 200 miles away I guess I need to give up trying out reasonably priced burgers in Madrid. Sadly enough I can trust to consistently enjoy The Good Burger's organic cheeseburgers over any mid-priced restaurant... One time I literally had to return a 10euro "burger" because I could not eat it... the meat was literally grey... At least thjs place for the color got it right! I forced myself to ingest half and took the other half home vainly trying to preserve the 14euros spent on it and let it sit in the fridge for long enough till I didn't have to feel guilty about throwing it away. Read moreWe went there twice. We ordered one of the same dishes both times. The first time it was very over-cooked. We figured that maybe it was just a miscommunication between our limited Spanish and their English... No big deal. The next time, everything on the plate was cold. We tried our best to communicate this, and when they took the plate and returned, the same meat was overcooked, and the rest of the plate was still cold. The chorizo plate we got the second time was perfect.. It was very flavorful, and the sauce was very tasty. Overall, for the prices you are paying there, it was not worth the price, in our opinion. The chef and the front of house do not seem to be working well together, and the chef should be looking at a whole plate when it comes back to the kitchen. Please keep in mind that we have both worked in the food industry, and we RARELY send a plate back. We out a lot, and we can't even remember the last time we sent...

Well, everything is just perfect, every single ingredient is of such a high quality I have never seen anything like it in any burger place. I only discovered one problem, I ordered a medium rare, which was not quite exactly a medium rare, it was a bit to the rare side, but still very close to a proper medium rare, however, they don't have medium rara as an option on the card, so they're probably not that used to make it. So you get a pass on this one, because the quality of the meat was so high, and it tasted amazing just as if was. Totally worth the price of 17€ for the 320g size option, and did I tell you, that you get so much food that you will be full, if you can even manage to finish it all.
