T8 Tea Bar — Restaurant in Madrid

I'm a regular costumer. I've been coming here for long now but today I had a bad experience. I tripped and my order fell entirely to the floor, I fell so embarrassed and went to ask the staff how to clean my stuff. They told me they'll do it and everything was fine until that. Then I went to the waitress to order again asking them if I could get the same order while showing them the ticket. The look I received from her was way too cold and definitely judgemental. I felt already embarrassed enough to had dropped all my order that having the staff giving me this look was terrible and heartbreaking. The way she took my order wasn't precisely kind either so yeah I felt really bad and my overall experience went down. I had to be specific and tell them I was willing to repay my order because I think she thought I was CLAIMING free reordering. Only then her face changed. Sincerely I won't come here anymore, at least not during weekends or until I check whether she's hese on weekdays too. I felt embarrassed and not fairly treated. I did not trip and spill my order on purpose to get anything refilled or for free, I didn't even had a chance to taste anything at all and I was poorly treated as if I was trying to get...

My recent visit to T8 Tea Bar left much to be desired. I ordered a tea with oat milk, specifically asking for it to be hot. To my dismay, what I received was a cold tea with regular milk. This mix-up led to a waste of resources as they had to discard the incorrect tea and make a new one. Additionally, despite requesting it without sugar, it seems this instruction was overlooked.

The staff at the cash counter appeared confused, with a guy and a girl struggling to get the order right. This lack of clarity added to the frustration of the situation.

While T8 Tea Bar seems to be popular among some, particularly those from the fast east, I found nothing extraordinary about their offerings. They do have a corner shop, which seems to attract a crowd.

Considering my experience, I cannot recommend T8 Tea Bar. There are better options available, whether it's a well-known chain like Starbucks or a local cafe. I hope others have a more positive experience, but I won't...

(UPDATE) Bajo la puntuación ya que últimamente han cambiado algunas cosas que no me gustan y no les veo sentido. Además de que de un día para otro dejasen de dejar que se pida una bebida fría sin hielo cuando antes no había problema ((Y al ver cómo se hacen las bebidas frías sin hielo NO es algo que complique en exceso el proceso)). Ya que unas sí y otras no, no lo veo normal. Otra es que han cambiado de poder pedir "Nada, poco, normal y extra" de agave/endulzante a que solo sé pueda pedir "Cero o nivel recomendado". Yo siempre pedía extra ya que me gustan las bebidas muy dulces. Hay muchos establecimientos en los que te dan entre 3 y 5 niveles de endulzante para elegir sin problema. Me parece absurdo no tener al menos "cero, normal y extra". Y estas dos cosas parecen una tontería, quizás lo sean y no importen. Al final solo soy una persona. Pero hace que no me guste tanto ir y busque otras opciones como isla cake y establecimientos de te y Bubble tea que hay subiendo las calle leganitos y cerca de opera. Les empleades siguen siendo maravilloses y super profesionales. Mi descontento es solo con las decisiones que se toman desde arriba. Parece que cada vez les importan menos los clientes, esa es la impresión que me llevo actualmente.

Plan favorito: T8 y vuelta por el centroo

Le pondría 10 estrellas pero no se puede. La verdad es que me encanta el T8 desde que abrió y empecé a venir. Si mi vida fuera un sitcom, el T8 sería el lugar donde siempre se graban los episodios jaja. Iba siempre con mis amigas, a dibujar, a estudiar para las oposiciones... (Que las he aprobado aunque no tenga plaza porque están muy limitadas). Y sigo yendo a ratos aunque el tiempo pasa y la vida va cambiando.

Me gusta porque puedo estar mucho rato a lo mío o con otras personas y se está super cómodo! Además si tienes suerte puedes sentarte en unos puffs geniales al lado de las ventanas. La mitad de las fotos de mi insta son aquí xD. El personal es súper amable, profesional y eficiente. Lo que para mí es gran parte de ir tanto. Son geniales. Últimamente tienen unas galletas nuevas que he podido pedir hace poco y ME ENCANTAN. Las recomiendo 100%. Mi te favorito es el rojo de arroz, con leche de vaca caliente o frío sin hielo. Y con extra unidades de agave. Hace poco además me llevo a más amigos aunque les vayan otras cosas que no sea el té porque tienen café y tartas tambien.

Ojalá un día vendan scones. También me fliparía un concurso de diseño/dibujo para poner en los vasos y que vayan siendo...
