The local looks very inviting, small but with character. A place I would return to, the server (i guess the owner, not quite sure) was a lovely guy - friendly welcomming and very talkative. We ordered Nachos, Tacos and a Burrito. The Nachos were really good, the portion was a bit too big for my likings, but still a good dish. Burrito seemed a bit heartlessly prepared and presented, but not too bad tastewise. The tacos were the real bummer, we've ordered Al Pastor, Carnitas and Barbacoa. I ate them with hotsauce and lime. They had a very strong meat flavour which I do not enjoy (and in Switzerland is a sign of low quality meat). The real mess up happend about 5h later where I felt extremely sick and had to throw up multiple times, due to either the sauce or the meat. As my partner was not impacted at all & we shared the drinks and entree. I will not come back and I will not eat mexican food for a while - reminds me too much of that. Very very unfortunate experience

We were very excited to try this place based on reviews. There was a bit of wait, no biggie with the rain and we were inside the restaurant. The waiter at the front was very kind. We were seated and our drinks tasted great, we had some of the mezcal and the margarita. The aguachile was really good as well, great sauce and spice level. We ordered the 9 taco order and split them to ensure we tried them all. They all were some combination of dry, unflavored, or cold. At the end, we asked a lady for the check and she said okay and walked off. We waited for about 15 minutes when we finally asked someone else who brought it fairly quickly. At the same time, we watched the waitress walk out of the back eating a taco with no intention of bringing us our cuenta. We were expecting a lot more from a taco place and the reviews prior to us. Stick to the drinks here.

We picked this place based on good reviews, and they did not disappoint! Great service from the moment we walked in the door. We got spicy margaritas and they were delicious! (Thanks to Pablo!). Diego seemed to be our main server, although most of the staff seem to jump in and help to make sure you are taken care of all of the time. Diego was fantastic! One of us dropped a knife on the floor and the man who seemed to be the owner or manager (I am sorry I didn’t get his name but he was great too!) saw/heard the drop and brought another knife over. We had such a lovely experience. I highly recommend.

Not even close to authentic Mexican food.

The nachos were store bought tortillas, bland with 2 jalapeños and not a hint of lime juice and the tacos were sweet with no heat or acidity.

We were really disappointed considering it's a 4.8 on Google. Either they've recently changed their chef or everyone has terrible taste

UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER

Very salty, unprofessional response from a local business owner.

I've added a photo with proof of the time and date the photo was taken.

This is my first review as I've only been here once.

If you receive a bad review, apologise and say that you're sorry your food did not meet expectations or don't respond at all.

I do have my own business by the way and I provide high quality service. Perhaps you could...
